We’re Colm & Frankie. Husband and wife, lifelong food-lovers, and big believers in the power of a great independent hospitality business.

Some of our best memories have been made in independent cafés, pubs, and restaurants. They’re the lifeblood of their communities; places where people feel welcome, connected, and looked after.

But the last few years? Brutal. We’ve seen too many brilliant venues struggle, shut down, or get swallowed up by chains that don’t care.

With 7 years in Irish hospitality and 20+ years across research, innovation, sales, operations, and marketing for big-name brands, we know how to build businesses that actually work. And now we use that experience to help independent owners do the same.
